UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination Admit Card 2020 Released@upsc.gov.in – Post, Overview, and Full Notification – Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently released the Admit Card for the Combined Medical Services Examination Admit Card 2020 on 6th October 2020. This is to be noted that the Online Computer Based Examination is scheduled to be held on 22nd October 2020. . So the aspirants who had applied can now download their admit card from the link attached below of this page.

Instructions during the Examination for UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination Admit Card 2020
The written part of the Computer-based CMSE 2020 will be in two Papers, each Paper carrying a maximum of 250 marks.
Each Paper will be of two hours duration
Both the question papers I and II will contain 120 items (questions) each and each item is in English only
Computer-based CMSE 2020 in both the papers will be complete of objective (Multiple choice answer) type.
There will be four alternatives for the answers to every question
A candidate has to select only one of the four alternatives as his/her correct answer. The system will not allow the selection of more than one alternative as the correct answer.
For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one third (0.33) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty
If it is left blank i.e. no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
Password will be announced at 9.20 AM for Forenoon Session and at 1.50 PM for Afternoon Session. Candidates will open the secure browser and read instructions from 9.20 AM to 9.30 AM for Forenoon Session and from 1.50 PM to 2.00 PM for Afternoon Session. However, candidates will not be allowed to start their Examination before 9.30 AM for Forenoon Session and 02.00 PM for Afternoon Session.
Candidates are not permitted to use calculators for answering objective type papers. They should, therefore not bring the same inside the Examination Hall
Rough worksheets will be provided to the candidates on demand.
In the event of the Examination being disrupted, the candidate should immediately inform the invigilator. The invigilator will help the candidate to re-login to the Examination. This will start the Examination from where it had stopped.
A numbered list of all questions will appear at the right side of the screen.
Keep a close watch on “Time Left” while appearing for the Examination
The question once attempted, would be final. However, responses can be changed at any time during the Examination before final submission including un attempting the question using ‘Clear Response’ button.
Candidates will be automatically stopped from answering questions when the time of Examination is over and the Examination will auto-submit.
Candidates should not carry any books, paper, mobile phone or any other electronic items to the examination venue. UPSC will not be responsible for the safekeeping of such item(s).
Impersonation (to assume the identity of another with intent to deceive) is forbidden.
Candidates must not, on any pretext whatsoever speak to or have any communication with any other Candidates. Such communication will be regarded as a breach of the Examination Rules
Candidate in the Examination venue, who is found to have unauthorized materials in his/her possession, shall be deemed to have indulged in breach of the Examination Rules.
Any breach of Examination Rules shall be considered to constitute an unfair practice. In case any candidate is found to be indulging in an unfair practice, he will be liable to be debarred from this and future Tests/Exams of UPSC and/or disciplinary action.
At the conclusion of the Examination, candidates must remain seated quietly and must not communicate with one another till the Examination is over.
No candidate shall be permitted to leave Examination Lab till the expiry of the allotted time.
No candidate shall be allowed to go to the toilet during the last 30 minutes of the Examination
The candidate must abide by the instructions and such further instructions as may be given by Supervisor/Invigilator of the Examination. If the candidate fails to do so or indulges in disorderly or improper conduct, he/she will render himself/herself liable to expulsion from the Examination and/or such other punishment as the Commission may deem fit to impose.
The candidate will furnish correct information as may be required from him/her in the Examination Lab by the Invigilator/Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor/other persons so authorized.
