Eligibility Criteria AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
- Architecture – Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture + registered with the Council of Architecture.
- Civil – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Civil.
- Electrical – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical.
- Electronics – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electronics/Telecommunications/Electrical with specialization in Electronics.
- IT – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics OR MCA.
Note: Valid GATE score in the relevant paper (GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025) is mandatory.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 27 years as on 27 September 2025.
- Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC (NCL) – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, others as per rules.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on GATE 2023/2024/2025 score.
- Application verification and document checking.
- Final merit list based on GATE score (equal weightage for all three years).
Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000–1,40,000 (IDA) – E-1 level.
- CTC: Approx. ₹13 lakh per annum including DA, HRA, perks, CPF, gratuity, medical benefits, etc.
