🧪 Selection Process
- Common Written Examination (Qualifying Only)
- Part A: Tamil Eligibility (SSLC Standard) – 50 Marks
- Part B: English (Degree Standard – Essay, Precis, etc.) – 100 Marks
- Min Qualifying Marks: 20 in Part A, 35 in Part B
- Skill Test
- For PA to Judges & Private Secretary: English Shorthand + Tamil Typewriting
- For PA to Registrars & Personal Clerk: English + Tamil Shorthand
- Strict Evaluation Criteria for transcription and outline, with detailed error rules
- Viva-Voce
- Max Marks: 15
- Min Qualifying Marks: 6
- Based on skill test performance, candidates are shortlisted in 1:2 or 1:3 ratio

- Exam Centre: Chennai or any other as decided by the Judicial Recruitment Cell
