🧪 Selection Process

1. Common Written Examination (Qualifying Only)
   • Part A: Tamil Eligibility (SSLC Standard) – 50 Marks
   • Part B: English (Degree Standard – Essay, Precis, etc.) – 100 Marks
   • Min Qualifying Marks: 20 in Part A, 35 in Part B
2. Skill Test
   • For PA to Judges & Private Secretary: English Shorthand + Tamil Typewriting
   • For PA to Registrars & Personal Clerk: English + Tamil Shorthand
   • Strict Evaluation Criteria for transcription and outline, with detailed error rules
3. Viva-Voce
   • Max Marks: 15
   • Min Qualifying Marks: 6
   • Based on skill test performance, candidates are shortlisted in 1:2 or 1:3 ratio
