The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially started the Class 10 and 12 board exams for 2025 today, February 24. Over 54 lakh students are appearing for these crucial exams across 8,140 centers in the state. To maintain fairness and transparency, a multi-layered security system has been set up, featuring over 10,000 CCTV cameras and strict monitoring protocols.
Due to the ongoing Mahakumbh festival, the first exam in Prayagraj has been rescheduled to March 9. This decision was made to manage the large influx of pilgrims in the region, impacting around 2 lakh students.
The exams are being conducted in two shifts—morning from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and afternoon from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. To support students’ well-being, each center has first aid facilities and counselors available for guidance and stress management.

Important Exam Guidelines for Students 📜✏️
✔️ Arrive Early – Students should reach their exam center at least 30 minutes before the exam begins. Late entries will not be permitted.
✔️ Admit Card is Mandatory – Entry into the exam hall is only allowed with a valid UPMSP-issued admit card.
✔️ Strict Anti-Cheating Measures – Carrying unauthorized notes, electronic devices, or engaging in unfair practices will lead to immediate disqualification.
✔️ No Gadgets Allowed – Mobile phones, smartwatches, and calculators are strictly banned in the exam hall.
✔️ Follow Dress Code – Students must wear their school uniform as per UPMSP guidelines to prevent identity fraud.
✔️ Use Approved Stationery – Only blue or black ballpoint pens are allowed. Extra sheets will be provided if needed.
✔️ Avoid Talking – Communication with other students inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited and may lead to action.
